We use the present simple to talk about habits, routines, and facts. For example: I work in an office. She drinks coffee every morning. They always arrive on time.
For he, she, and it, we add -s or -es to the verb. For example: He works. She watches. It starts at 9am.
For negatives, we use do not (don't) or does not (doesn't). For example: I don't like Mondays. He doesn't work on Sundays.
For questions, we use do or does at the start. For example: Do you work from home? Does she speak English?
Frequency adverbs like always, usually, often, sometimes, and never go before the main verb: I always check my email. She never arrives late.
