My Home
Ana lives in a flat in the centre of Madrid. It is on the third floor of a modern building. The flat has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom. It is not very big, but it is comfortable and well organised. There is a small balcony where Ana keeps plants. The kitchen has all the appliances she needs. Ana's favourite room is the living room — it has large windows and a lot of natural light. She rents the flat. It is expensive, but the location is perfect — she can walk to work in fifteen minutes.
💡 Did you know? Madrid has one of the highest percentages of apartment living in Europe. Around 65% of Spaniards live in flats rather than houses — one of the highest rates in the EU.
