Daily Routine
Sofia has a very organised routine. She wakes up at six thirty every morning. She takes a shower and gets dressed. Then she has breakfast — usually coffee and toast. She leaves the house at eight o'clock and goes to work by metro. It takes thirty minutes. She starts work at eight forty-five. She has lunch at one o'clock with her colleagues. She finishes work at six o'clock and goes home. In the evening, she cooks dinner, watches a little television, and reads. She goes to bed at ten thirty. She always says: 'A good routine is the secret to a productive life.'
💡 Did you know? Research shows that having a consistent morning routine is one of the most reliable predictors of productivity. Many successful people, from Barack Obama to Oprah Winfrey, are known for strict morning routines.
