Tom sends an email to his manager: 'Good morning. I am sorry but I do not feel well today. I have a headache and a cold. I feel very tired. I cannot come to the office. I have a doctor's appointment at eleven o'clock. The doctor says I need to rest for one day. I will be back tomorrow. I am sorry for the inconvenience.' His manager replies: 'No problem, Tom.
