Many people eat and drink at work. In Spain, lunch is the biggest meal of the day. Many people have lunch from 2pm to 3pm.

In an office, people often have coffee in the morning. They sometimes eat a snack at 11am. This is called el almuerzo in Spanish.

At lunch, some people go to a restaurant. Others bring food from home. A typical lunch in Spain has a first course, a second course, and dessert.

In the afternoon, some people drink more coffee. In the UK, people drink a lot of tea! In the evening, people have dinner. In Spain, dinner is usually late — at 9pm or 10pm.
